Some companies use one-way video interview platforms (you record answers to pre-set questions) or even AI-driven interview bots. Here's what you need to know to shine:

  1. In a one-way interview, you might get a prompt, have 30 seconds to prepare and then 2 minutes to record your answer. Practice concise, clear responses.

  2. For AI interviewers, treat it like a normal interview – respond to the questions earnestly.

  3. Use online tools (e.g., Interview Warmup, Interview Copilot) that simulate interview questions to hone your replies.

  4. Some ATS systems allow a second chance recording – but not always, so do your best on the first try.
