Prepare Speaking Points - Not a Script

While it can be comforting to have interview answers scripted, the result can feel a bit, well, rehearsed. Want to sound authentic and spontaneous - while still being prepared?

Use bullet points. Simply capture a few bullet points that communicate the most important points for commonly asked questions. If you go in knowing your speaking points and the things that you want your interviewer to remember about you, you can adjust your responses on the fly to suit a variety of questions and interviewer styles.
